Our funded training offer to qualify as a dent technician:

- 75 days / 600 units / 15 weeks knowledge transfer
(Conform § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i.V.m. §§ 81 ff SGB III) - Access requirements are an interest in motor vehicles and basic manual skills
- Instruction times are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00. (Times may vary depending on the location.)

Artisanal:
Dent technicians are regarded as respected specialists. To live up to this reputation, you will receive solid craftsmanship training as a dent doctor / dent technician with us. From the start, you will be able to remove dents from cars. We will train you intensively in the use of the various dent removal levers to massage dents out of the sheet metal, as well as the safe handling of the pulling and gluing technique. The level of difficulty is increased step by step in order to optimally introduce you to the requirements in practice. We provide each training participant with a practice vehicle so that you can be trained efficiently and practically on all components. The practice vehicles are regularly rotated between the participants to ensure broad dent training and to make you confident in the removal and installation of all relevant add-on parts and trims.
After the training:
We provide sustainable support for the integration process. For example, we help with the preparation of the application portfolio, establish contacts with employers and accompany participants to the interview if necessary. In this way, we ensure that integration into the labour market succeeds quickly and sustainably. Even after you have taken up employment, we are at your disposal with advice and assistance, thus ensuring your long-term success in your new job.
